Shipping policy

At Stash the Cash with Nish Nash, every parcel is packed with a sprinkle of pixie dust and sent on its magical journey with the utmost care. As all items are lovingly handmade, please allow a little extra time for your treasures to be created before they set off from our enchanted workshop.

🏰 Processing Times
We aim to send all orders within 7–10 days; however, fully customised treasures may take a little longer as extra magic is sprinkled into every detail. We kindly ask for patience while your happily-ever-after package is prepared.

🎠 Delivery
Once your parcel has left the castle, it will be sent via tracked 48-hour delivery with Royal Mail so you can follow your magical mail on its journey right to your doorstep. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may occasionally vary during busy seasons.

🧚Handmade with Magic
Please remember that handmade items may vary slightly in colour, size, and design — making every piece wonderfully unique, just like a fairytale.

💌 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your magical parcel has left our enchanted workshop, it is in the hands of the royal couriers and becomes the responsibility of the delivery carrier. While we will always do our best to assist where possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues once dispatched.
